About Virtual Accuracy

Virtual Accuracy was founded in 1998 with the sole purpose of making the lives of small business owners and mobile professionals a little easier. In the beginning, we focused on website and graphic design, the creation of dynamic PowerPoint presentations and administrative support. As business grew, we added additional services to better serve the needs of our clients.

In 2001, we discovered that there was an entire industry, one growing by leaps and bounds, doing exactly what we were doing...providing awesome assistance from afar, hence the term Virtual Assistance. Both the term and the industry fit us to a "T".

Both Dale and Becki Noles were employed in prestigious roles until 2003, when they decided to jump into self-employment on a full-time basis. It has been a wild ride and they haven't once turned back.

In 2004, Dale and Becki Noles enrolled in Virtual Assistance U to show their dedication to the industry. They graduated VAU's 20 week program in May 2004 with the GVA (Graduate Virtual Assistant) designation. Both Dale and Becki continue to be strong supporters and volunteers within the industry. Becki is a member in good standing with the IVAA (International Virtual Assistants Association) and is an EthicsChecked Virtual Assistant (IVAA, ECVA), while Dale devotes his time to the Virtual Business Group as a team member. Dale and Becki together are active members of IAVOA (International Association of Virtual Office Assistants) and are moderators at VANF (Virtual Assistant Networking Forum).

The Team

Dale Noles, GVA is the President of Virtual Accuracy. His background includes MIS, sales, marketing, advertising and media. Dale has been instrumental in writing, implementing and supporting certain software packages for some of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States. He has extensive knowledge of web production, SEO and graphic design. Additionally, advertisements created by Dale have appeared in nationwide magazine publications and his PowerPoint presentations have been used in meetings with one of the largest media organizations in the United States. Dale also operates VATraining.com as a service to aspiring and existing Virtual Assistants. He offers a unique approach to coaching and mentoring VAs by providing training in a barter format.

Becki Jaspin-Noles, GVA, ECVA, CRESS is the Visionary of Virtual Accuracy. Her background includes executive administrative capacities in the for-profit and non-profit business arenas, extensive customer service management experience and training, property management for one of the largest management companies in the United States, church administration and television production in the capacity of Producer for an international faith-based talk show. Becki has also served as the Director of Marketing and Guest Relations for a large, prestigious US based organization. In this position she not only implemented all marketing strategies, but also served as a publicity coordinator.
