2/09/2005 07:43:47 PM|||Virtual Accuracy|||This week one of our clients, Bea Fields, received quite a response from the coaching industry about her blog postings at The Seduction of the Mind, specifically Being a Fully Engaged Coach Pt. 1 and Pt. 2. The responses were both positive and negative.
In her post she said, "...I have (on many, many occasions) talked to coaches who are trying to move into the profession directly following a major job loss, ending a marriage, who are struggling with their weight and finances, or who are in need of the support of a therapist..."
This is a bold, bold statement, but it's one that I agree with, not just for coaches, but for entrepreneurs in general. How do you expect to be successful when you are going through the mud? It can be done, but it is extremely difficult. Starting a business should not be taken lightly. Is it really any wonder that the majority of businesses in the United States fail?
