There is some hot convo going on over at Virtual Assistant Rebels. The latest topic of choice is overseas outsourcing. I am impressed with the responses of each person who has participated in the thread. It is possible to have an educated discussion where everyone does not agree.

When the discussion list was created, I wasn't sure if it would work. I mean when you look at the majority of listservs, it seems as though everyone leads a honky dory life. How many people would actually want to participate and debate hot topics? I am shocked at the amount of daily emails received from people who are sick and tired of the politics. You know what? I say way to go!

That's what I like most about Virtul Assistant Rebels...we don't have to agree all the time and you know what? It's ok that we don't. What fun would it be if we all agreed 100% of the time? Pretty darn boring. Take a minute and pop on over and tell us what you think!
