A Perfect Example of What
Virtual Accuracy, can do for you!

Imagine this:

You have just spent the last 6.5 hours at the Marriott with managers and owners of several local corporations. Your focus was teaching them the benefits of maximizing their productivity by getting the right person in the right position.

Then you go back to your office and you spend the next 20 minutes listening to voicemail messages, you type out the schedule for next month’s seminars and send it to your webmaster (and write a check for 1 hour’s worth of work because they charge by the hour, even though it only takes them 10 minutes). Then you review your calendar to determine when you can schedule the following month’s seminar dates and coaching sessions and realize that you have to go to the store and pick up 2 birthday cards for your Aunt Sue and the CEO of ABC Corporation, because they are next week and you nearly forgot. Plus, while you are at the store you have to remember to pick up Thank You cards for the managers and business owners that you spoke to today (you hope you remember what you wanted to say to Bob and that savvy entrepreneur Sally).

Now you have to type up those contracts for the three-day workshop, contact the publisher of your new book to let them know that you won’t have time to proof-read your last few chapters because they are not written yet (so the date of release will have to be postponed – but wait, it is after five and the publisher is out until tomorrow). Then you need to research which TV and radio stations you want to send a press release to (if you can ever find the time to finish the book). You almost forgot to call the storage facility to see if you can drop off another box of contracts (the boxes keep piling up). You can’t remember what your kids look like because you haven’t seen them in three weeks and here it is 9:30 pm and you already have a long list of To Do’s for tomorrow.

Now, imagine this:

You just spent the last 6.5 hours at the Marriott with the managers and owners of several local corporations. Your focus was teaching them the benefits of maximizing their productivity by getting the right person in the right position.

You arrive at your office and while you were out Virtual Accuracy, “Assistance for Coaches”, was hard at work. They answered all of your telephone calls, sent you an e-mail summarizing each message, updated your web site with next month’s seminar dates, set new seminar dates and coaching sessions for you on days that nothing was scheduled. Virtual Accuracy had the contracts for the three-day workshop ready for your signature and sent birthday cards out to Aunt Sue and the CEO of ABC Corporation (your biggest client). The Thank You cards to the managers and owners of the local corporations who you met today are ready for you to add a personalized message.

Virtual Accuracy proofed and edited the last three chapters of the book you were writing (which you actually had the opportunity to write because you weren’t buried to your neck in work) and contacted the publisher to let them know that everything was still on schedule. Your press release is ready to go to 45 TV and radio outlets once the publisher gives you the thumbs up. Virtual Accuracy converted last month’s contracts to PDF format and burned them to a CD because you like the look of your shelves with pictures on them instead of file folders. You make a few phone calls, sign the contracts, type a few e-mails and hey, you might just beat the rush-hour traffic.
